The Hillside Villas are located very near the coastline in
Hualalai Resort, separated from it only by the
Hualalai Golf Course’s 16th fairway that runs alongside it on the west, south and east.
Four units are in each building, their two and three bedroom interiors measuring from 1,601 to 2,676 Sq Ft, with two lanais exterior. The ground floor residences have an outdoor shower garden off the master bathroom. Sliding doors make up the wall of the main living area, which can be opened fully to the outside lanai. Parking is varied for owners between a one-car carport or two-car garage. Every condo has central air conditioning. Almost every villa has an ocean view from it.
Amenities & Things To Do Getting to the beach isn’t too difficult from here. Kumukea Beach is the nearest, just ½ mile away, and has soft sand on shore and on the bed of the ocean. So it’s a good spot to wade around or take a swim. Kaupulehu Beach isn’t much farther, but the shoreline is rockier here. It does feature a walkway along it, though, and it still provides wonderful ocean scenery to take in, even if it is more difficult to get into it.
