The Haliipua Villas sit on the inland side of
Hualalai Resort, the 13th fairway of the
Keolu Golf Course bordering it on the east.
Its four triplex buildings hold three bedroom townhomes with interiors from 2,601 to 2,915 Sq Ft and at least one lanai providing exterior space. The layout of these residences is a little different due to the bedrooms all being on the ground floor and the kitchen & living area upstairs. The master bathrooms have an outdoor shower off of them. All villas have central air conditioning within and a detached two-car garage. On some homes there is a private courtyard for outdoor dining and relaxation. Despite being set back from the coast, most of these villas have a view of the ocean.
Amenities & Things To Do Kumukea Beach is a little over a mile away from your home, its soft ocean bed providing the best wading in Hualalai and the swimming is pretty good as well. Up on the shore is more inviting sand to sunbathe or just watch the waves. The trip to
Kukio Beach takes a little longer, about 1 ½ miles in all. There’s some lava rock around to watch out for, but swimmers still find it to be welcoming waters and there’s often sea turtles around as well.

Hualalai Sports Club & Spa, both of the resort
golf courses, the
