The Hainoa Villas are located against
Hualalai Resort’s inland border, near Queen Kaahumanu Hwy.
The two and three bedroom condos’ interiors range from 1,678 to 2,139 Sq Ft plus there is additional outside space on two lanais. A private outdoor shower garden is just outside of the master bathroom in the ground floor units. Villas have a 1.5 car garage, meaning it can hold a car as well as a golf cart. All units have central air conditioning inside them. Although in a set-back location, many of these residences have ocean views, including those on the ground floor.
Amenities & Things To Do From Hainoa Villas you’re the same distance (traveling, not actual), 1.7 miles, from each of the three on-property beaches:
- Kumukea Beach is the furthest up the coast, its sands on the beach and the floor of the waters make both the swimming and the sunbathing good here.
- Kaupulehu Beach is not far south of it, right in front of the Four Seasons Hualalai. A paved walkway that runs along it is a nice stroll to take in the scenery. The actual beach is more rocky than Kukio, so it’s less inviting, but there are still sandy spots and places to wade in once you get to know the shoreline.
- Kukio Beach falls between the other two in the presence of sand and rock. You can get into the ocean easily and take a swim, though, and find a place to lay your towel out as well.
To get access to the entire resort experience you can join the
Hualalai Club. That will get you full access and use of the
Hualalai Tennis Club, the
Sports Club & Spa, both of the
golf courses and the use of a dedicated concierge service.
