Hualalai Resort near its coastline border with
Kukio. The community’s entire north side is covered by the 15th fairway of the
Hualalai Golf Course.
The two and three bedroom residences have interiors measuring 1,800 to 2,721 Sq Ft with one or two lanais exterior. The ground floor villas have a private outdoor shower just off the master bathroom. For parking, residences have a one or two-car garage as well as some unassigned, uncovered spaces to use. Central air conditioning is in every unit. Many of the villas have ocean views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Kukio Beach is the nearest to you of the three Hualalai beaches at ½ mile away. It is a mix of Kona’s lava rock and sandy areas on shore, but the waters are good for getting in a swim or just wading around.
Kumukea Beach is only marginally further at 0.6 miles away. This is the sandiest of the beaches, both onshore and in the water, making it very popular. For those who are looking for comfort in their coastline, this is the best choice. The waters are calm here as well.
Last is Kaupulehu Beach, which sits at approx. 0.7 miles from your home. Of the three, this is the rockiest, though with some sandy areas that you can lay back on and take in the view. A walkway runs right along it as well, so you can enjoy a walk beside this ocean scenery.
The Fairway Villas have their own private facilities for residents, too. You have a twenty-five meter pool, a hot tub, as well as a cabana to lounge in if the sun is too strong.
