The Estate Villas at Hualalai sit on both sides of Waiulu St in
Hualalai Resort, between the resort’s two
golf courses. The four duplex homes on the north side of Waiulu sit against the 15th and 16th fairways of the Hualalai Golf Course, the remaining two on the south side look out at the Keolu Course’s 5th hole and its water feature.
These single-story units have interior spaces of 3,484 – 4,564 Sq Ft with two or three lanais on the exterior. Both the master bathroom and the secondary master bathroom have their own outdoor shower gardens off of them. All of the main home structures have three bedrooms in them. Amenities & Things To Do One benefit of living on Waiulu St is that
Kukio Beach is just off the end of it, just 350 yards from your home. Although it has its rocky spots, along with its sandy ones, its waters are good for swimming or just wading around. You won’t have much trouble finding some nice sand to throw down your towel, either.
Kumukea Beach is further north at the end of approx. 0.8 miles that way. The sandy shore and ocean bed draws many here to lay out on the beach or enjoy a dip in its calmer waters.
The third choice on the property,
Kaupulehu Beach, is actually in closer proximity than Kumukea, but the available paths and the fairways between, result in it being 2 miles to reach. This is a rocky stretch of coastline, but the view is wonderful and the paved walkway beside it provides a way to enjoy it while getting in some steps.
