The Country Club Villas are in Kona’s Keauhou community. The west, ocean-facing side of the complex sits against the
Kona Country Club’s 17th & 18th fairways.
The one and two bedroom condos have interiors measuring from 1,000 to 1,400 Sq Ft with two lanais exterior. Some of the top-floor residences have a loft area, while the ground floor units have private garden areas on the side and/or back of their unit. Each villa has at least 1 assigned, uncovered parking space.
Depending on the owner, you’ll find split a/c systems and/or ceiling fans to cool the inside. This is a walk-up complex, no elevators. Every condo faces out to the coastline, so almost all of them have an ocean view, even ground floor units. Short-term rentals are allowed here, but with a 7-Day Minimum stay.
Amenities & Things To Do From your villa, it’s only about ½ mile south to
Keauhou Bay Beach Park. It’s a smaller beach, but there’s sand to lounge on and you can get in for a swim easily.
If you’re a snorkeler, try around the north side of the bay, which locals say is the best spot here.
Kahaluu Beach Park is up north of you only one mile, said to be one of the best snorkeling spots on this entire coastline. Bring your surfboard too. The waves are good and getting out to them isn’t difficult at Kahaluu.
You’ll probably head most often to
Keauhou Shopping Center, ½ mile away, where you have a KTA Super Store, a Long’s Drug and a movie theater, along with other shops and dining. This is the site of the Keauhou Farmers Market every Saturday morning, too, where you can get local produce, coffee, foods and crafts.
The easiest trip will be to one of your complex’s three swimming pools, all with hot tubs, the fitness center or to the two tennis courts, one of which is blocked for pickleball as well.
