Casa De Emdeko is an oceanfront property, the end units of the two residential buildings only about 15 yards from the water. The complex forms a ‘V’, with a large courtyard area between the structures and a third lobby/common area building at the bottom of the v-shape.

Its one and two bedroom condos have interiors ranging from 640 to 1,288 Sq Ft with a lanai adding space outside. Units are allowed one or two unassigned parking spaces to use. Central air conditioning is in all condos here and each of the two buildings has a set of elevators serving the upper floors. Almost every residence has an ocean view from it, some of them completely unobstructed.

Amenities & Things To Do
In the courtyard you have two pools, one freshwater and one saltwater, which is oceanfront. It is so close that the spray from waves hitting the coastline below can be felt at higher tides. Though the shoreline is rocky here, a large sandy beach area, with palm trees, has been created so you can relax and take in the Pacific without leaving the complex.

A small shopping center is also on the overall property, just behind on the street side. A convenience store, spa and beauty salon are all there.

Honl’s Beach, the birthplace of boogie boarding, is less than a mile north. It’s a smaller beach, but more than enough sand to kick back and it is rarely crowded. Due to the rocky bed, it’s not best for swimming, but those who know these waters well do get in regularly.

Closer to home, 100 yards directly south on the coastline, is the unique Alii Saltwater Pool. This public ‘pool’ is on a terrace over the ocean, which fills it with water as it crashes against the shore’s lava rock below.
