Waikoloa Villas is located in the inland Waikoloa Village resort community, the
Village Course’s 9th fairway making up its entire eastern border.
The one to three bedroom condos have interiors of 815 to 1,650 Sq Ft with one or two lanais exterior. Over the eight concrete buildings there are twenty of the one bedroom layouts, seventy-eight two bedrooms, and six of the three bedrooms. The ground floor units are all one or two bedrooms. On the second floor are two and three bedroom floor plans with vaulted ceilings and a loft containing one of the bedrooms and a bathroom.
Each residence has one assigned, uncovered space for their parking. Ceiling fans are throughout the interiors, with some owners adding window a/c units as well.
Washer/Dryer is inside every condo. There is a community solar pv system in place to power some of the common areas. All of the buildings are walk-ups, so there are no elevators in the complex.
Many of these residences have peekaboo to partial ocean views, though distant due to the six miles to the coastline from here.
Amenities & Things To Do As an owner you are automatically a member of the
Waikoloa Village Association, which includes cards to give you access to the amenities of the resort community. That includes the members-only facilities of the two tennis/pickleball courts and the Aquatic Center, which has a large 25 foot long pool as well as a separate kid’s pool.
The Village Golf Course is open to the public, but members have better tee times to choose from and also have discounted pricing.
Finally, there are the
Waikoloa Stables, which also discounts services for members, including riding lessons, trail rides and horse boarding. These are all in addition to the two heated pools and two hot tubs that are in, and exclusively for, Villas residents.
