Mauna Lani Terrace is a gated, oceanfront community surrounded by water features. 8 of the 11 buildings sit on a lagoon, while an
Ancient Hawaiian fishpond lies between the property and the shoreline. The southern side of the community is bordered by two more fishponds.
The Terrace’s one to three bedrooms have interiors measuring 1,058 to 2,462 Sq Ft and 1 or 2 lanais of outside space. They divide up into 18 one bedrooms, 54 two bedrooms and 8 three bedrooms. All units have central air conditioning inside them and one assigned, covered stall for parking. Outside, each residence’s main lanai has a wet bar on it.
Almost every condo has a view of the ocean, most of them completely unobstructed.
Amenities & Things To Do Mauna Lani Beach, in front of the
Auberge Hotel, is next door to your north that is roomy with soft sand to lay back on comfortably. The water’s bed is rocky in a lot of places, but its waves are calmer so swimmers like it here.
Although you may not need it for that, the resort has a free shuttle service to take you wherever you’re going on the property.
If you own a
home in Mauna Lani, then you are a member of the Mauna Lani Advantage Club, which gives you entry to a lot of amenities. One is the Mauna Lani Beach Club (different from Mauna Lani Beach), where a private beach sits with a clubhouse that provides cabanas, beach services and a restaurant. There’s also the Sports & Fitness Club, with tennis courts, a fitness center, saunas & other facilities for exercise and recreation. Your membership even gives you use of both the
North & South golf courses.
Your own community has a pool, with a separate children’s pool, hot tub and a pavilion to hold events and parties, all a few yards from your home.
