Kulalani is on the northern limit of
Mauna Lani Resort, sitting against the
North Course’s 5th & 6th fairways on its east side and the 7th fairway along its north side.
The gated community’s twenty-four buildings are divided between four and six-plexes. The townhomes’ two-story interiors measure from 1,331 to 2,022 Sq Ft with one or two lanais of exterior space. There are five different floor plans with different features in each, such as a powder room, study or a wrap-around lanai. All homes have central air conditioning and an attached one or two car garage. These residences do not have a view of the ocean, but they do have golf course and/or mountain views.
Amenities & Things To Do Kulalani shares its recreation center with the

For some time on the sands,
Pauoa Beach is the closest. It’s a little over a mile to travel, because taking the straight route just isn’t possible. Still, Mauna Lani has a free shuttle service to take you around the resort and that includes the beach. Pauoa is a great place to do some snorkeling and the sands are soft and welcoming, too.
As a Mauna Lani home owner you are also a member of the Mauna Lani Advantage Club. That entitles you to use of the private sands at the Mauna Lani Beach Club, which also has beach services and a restaurant. You also can use the large Sports & Fitness Club that has tennis courts, saunas, fitness center and much more. Another recreation perk is members have access to the
North & South Golf Courses as well.
