Fairway Villas’ gated community on
Waikoloa Beach Resort is bounded on every side by
King’s Course fairways. On its east by the 10th & 11th holes, its south by the 12th and the 13th, which also covers the west, and the 14th & 15th holes to the north. The western side also gets the scenery of the course’s huge ‘King’s Lake’ water feature that spans the entire 13th hole.
Interiors of the two and three bedroom condos range from 1,033 to 1,824 Sq Ft and one lanai on the exterior. Two-bedroom floor plans are a mix of single-level and others that have a loft area. The three-bedrooms have a larger, but not full, second floor that holds two bedrooms/bathrooms, including the master. Some also have an added den/study on the upper level. Parking is assigned, but varies between being an open stall, carport or a detached garage, all one car per unit. Central air conditioning is in every villa and all buildings have an elevator. There are units with a view of the ocean, but most do not.
Amenities & Things To Do You can find the Fairway Villas neighborhood recreation center in the middle of the property. The large pool looks out at the golf course and there’s a whirlpool spa framed by lava rock. An open lawn area, with palm trees, sits between that and the fitness center, where you’ll find cardio and weight equipment ready.
Just across King’s Lake, approx. 500 yards from you, are your local malls,
King’s Shops (about 40 stores & dining options) and
Queen’s Marketplace (close to 50 stores & eateries). You can catch a movie at the Queen’s Marketplace three screen theater or a concert at the Waikoloa Bowl.
When you want to get in some time by the ocean,
Anaehoomalu Beach (aka Waikoloa Beach) is less than a mile from home. The smaller swells off this shore are just right for swimming or stand up paddling and, for many, this is one of the best places to catch the sunset.
