They come in various layouts, including sixty single-level and sixteen two-story. High-vaulted ceilings on the second floor create an extra spacious feeling. Every unit comes with a lanai, with the two-story units featuring both a ground-floor patio and upstairs lanai. Units have ensuite washers and dryers, and there are also two community laundry facilities on-site. There is no air conditioning throughout the complex.
