Sunset Villa is a condominium complex featuring the comforts of townhome-style living. With only 11 units, it fosters a peaceful, intimate atmosphere. It’s located less than a mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Hilo and a short drive from the University of Hawaii at Hilo.
The intimate complex consists of two buildings: Building A at 277 Kukuau St houses six units and Building B at 287 Kukuau St contains five minutes. All units are two-story, two-bedroom townhomes spanning 1,276 square feet.
They are designed with an open-concept kitchen and living room, half-bathroom, laundry room and additional storage area on the ground floor. A sliding door off the living room opens to a concrete patio and inviting shared grassy lawn. Upstairs are two identical master suites with walk-in closets and full bathrooms. There is no air conditioning throughout the complex.
Sunset Villa’s grounds are nicely landscaped with red ti plants and tropical flowers. Each unit receives two parking stalls, most of which are covered by a carport but a few are open-air.
