Yoon Jung Kim (MBA)

Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, Yoon Jung came to Hawaii in 1993 and spent several years as a hotelier in major Waikiki hotels, where she developed great communication and excellent client service skills, often going well beyond expectations.

She learned about Hawaii’s real estate market while assisting clients and 13 years ago transitioned to become a real estate professional, which was seamless and successful thanks to many satisfied clients and their referrals.

Yoon Jung defines herself not only as a real estate professional but also a mentor for those who want to start a new life in Hawaii, such as parents looking to relocate for their children’s education or retirees looking to settle in Paradise!

She understands what it takes to settle in Hawaii and can share her firsthand knowledge and experience as a parent for those who wish to relocate to Hawaii for their children’s education. She firmly believes in the value of giving and doing extra work for her clients & mentees.

As a Kakaako resident, she loves exploring her exciting neighborhood, shopping at nearby Ala Moana Shopping Center, dining at various restaurants and taking her puppy for a walk at the park. Yoon Jung is an expert on luxury condos and has been very successful representing clients purchasing new condo developments in Ward Village & Kakaako.

During her free time, Yoon Jung enjoys cooking for her family and friends. She is a supporter of Iolani Athletics and Compassion International. She is also an active member of her church where she does various volunteer work for the local Korean community.
