The second level features the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private lanai, plus an additional guest bathroom that includes a full-size stacked front-load washer and dryer. The kitchen features a custom monkeypod wood bar top and slab granite countertops, along with custom solid wood furniture pieces and unique designer touches throughout that add to the aesthetic appeal. Enhancing the space is a vaulted wood ceiling and a lanai equipped with a gas grill. Additional features like energy-saving photovoltaic panels, a solar hot water heater, and individually controlled mini-split air conditioning on each floor enhance the comfort and efficiency of this condominium. Mauna Kai T3 (#10) is ideally located in the heart of Princeville, with a path leading to Anini Beach and the Westin coffee shop just down the road. The large community pool is conveniently situated within view across the parking lot. Open parking is available in front of the building with a parking pass, along with secure parking for out-of-town owners to store a covered vehicle on the property. Less than a mile away, you’ll find shopping, dining, a grocery store, and the Makai Golf Club, Plus, some of Kaua’i’s world-class beaches and restaurants are just a short drive away.

About Princeville
Princeville is a 9,000 acre master-planned resort community on the oceanfront of Kauai’s North Shore. It is located on a bluff above the Pacific, with direct access to the beaches below this elevated site. The entire community is 2 square miles in size, so walking or bike riding to the beach or anywhere else inside Princeville is easy to do.
The lands were once used for sugar plantations as well as cattle ranching before being purchased in 1968 for development, starting the resort community that is there today.
