If you like privacy and a quiet tropical setting, you'll love this property. Enter the lot from West Kuiaha Road, the drive down to the old house site in the gulch. This is quintessential Haiku, but close to amenities, like Hanzawa's Store, for groceries and gas, the Haserot Cannery for breakfast, videos, hardware, and watersports equipment. It's a quick drive to downtown Haiku and the post office, Haiku Grocery, Hardware store, and restaurants. There is ample room on the top of the lot for additional Agricultural Accessory buildings, or an Ohana, and perhaps even a small paddock. FYI the original home on the property burned down, so I'm not sure if there is any advantage in permitting, or not, but might be worth a try. The variety of exotic plants in the gulch is amazing. There is vanilla vine, bananas, sweet tangerines, and other plants that I've never even seen. If you're a jungle lover, then this one is great!
